A professional carpet clean involves far more than running an extraction wand across the surface.
We begin with a pre-clean inspection, record any existing damage or areas of concern and thoroughly dry vacuum the carpet. The appropriate pre-treatment is then applied and agitated into the fibres before professional rinse extraction.
We do not rush through rooms or promise that every mark will disappear. Some stains can permanently alter carpet fibres, and we will explain this honestly rather than making claims we cannot support.

Pet-friendly carpet & upholstery cleaning
Pets make a home better, but they are not always kind to carpets and furniture.
Hair, mud, urine, vomit, food, blood and lingering odours all require different approaches. We use dedicated pet-hair removal tools and select pet-conscious cleaning products based on the material and type of contamination.
Stronger specialist treatments may sometimes be needed. Where they are used, they are professionally applied and thoroughly extracted.
Urine can pass through the carpet into the underlay or flooring beneath. We will treat the accessible area and explain honestly where complete odour removal cannot be guaranteed without lifting or replacing affected materials.
