Carpet Cleaning

Carpet cleaning that's inspected, not guessed.

A thorough clean designed to lift embedded soil, restore colour and remove lingering odours — with a photo-backed report so you can see exactly what was done.

How it works

A method built around real homes

Every carpet tells us something before we start: the fibre, the wear pattern, the type of soiling. We inspect first, so the treatment matches the carpet rather than a generic checklist.

Our process runs in stages, and the first one matters more than most people expect. We vacuum thoroughly before any moisture goes down, which lifts dry soil that domestic vacuums leave behind in the pile. A pre-spray then loosens what is bonded to the fibre, a counter-rotating brush works it through, and extraction takes it away. Air movers cut the drying time, and you choose the fragrance we finish with.

Carpet cleaning FAQs

How long does a carpet take to dry?

Most carpets are dry to walk on within 4–6 hours, and fully dry within 24 hours depending on room ventilation.

In most cases, yes. Deep-set or repeated contamination may need a separate pet treatment — we’ll always inspect and tell you honestly before quoting.

Light items are helpful to clear, but our technicians can move most standard furniture as part of the visit.

Yes — every job includes a matching before/after photo report as standard, with no extra charge.

Public liability on its own does not cover damage to the thing being cleaned. Our policy adds treatment risk and damage to property worked upon, up to £2 million, which is the cover that actually applies if a carpet or a sofa is damaged during a clean.

It is worth asking any carpet cleaner for that specifically. Plenty carry public liability alone and still describe themselves as fully insured, and the difference only shows up at the point you need it.
