Esper is a cocker spaniel, and she is the reason this business exists. Not in a marketing sense: as a puppy she was unwell for months with digestive problems, and that meant cleaning vomit, blood and worse out of carpet at all hours, learning by necessity what actually lifts it and what only spreads it further.

She is fully recovered now and back to her real hobby, which is finding the deepest mud in Merseyside and bringing it home on her legs. But those months taught us more about pet stains than any course would have. The mess you can see is rarely the whole problem. The backing and the underlay hold odour long after the pile looks clean. And a lot of what is sold for the job does very little.

That is why we inspect before we clean, choose products for the fabric and the mess rather than reaching for one bottle for everything, and say plainly when a stain is not coming out. The dog on the logo is not a gimmick. She is the reason we are comfortable with the jobs other cleaners would rather not take.
