Commercial Cleaning

Professional cleaning for landlords, hospitality and venues.

Built around occupied buildings, tight turnaround windows and multi-room properties — with the same photo-documented standard used on every job, scaled for commercial premises.

How it works

Built around how your business runs

Commercial jobs are based around the layout of your building, the level of daily foot traffic and the timescale you’re working to — early mornings, evenings or overnight are all available where a venue can’t close during the day.

We provide a clear quote and flag any treatments that may require a separate visit before booking, so there are no surprises once work is underway.

Serving landlords and letting agents, hospitality and venues, offices and workplaces, with end-of-tenancy cleans, periodic maintenance contracts and one-off deep cleans all available.

What your quote is based on

Commercial work is quoted per site, and scheduled around your opening hours rather than ours. Pubs, restaurants and venues are usually done early morning or outside trading, so rooms are clean and dry before customers arrive. Three things decide the number, and we will walk the site before committing to it.

Common questions

Commercial cleaning FAQs

Can you work outside normal business hours?

Yes — early morning, evening and overnight slots are all available, which is how most hospitality and office jobs are scheduled around opening hours.

Yes. Many landlords, offices and venues book us on a recurring schedule — weekly, monthly or quarterly — with consolidated reporting across visits.

Every commercial job includes a photo-backed report, which landlords commonly use for end-of-tenancy handover or condition records.

We carry out a site walkthrough (in person or over video) to scope the work accurately, then provide a clear written quote before any booking is confirmed.

Public liability on its own does not cover damage to the thing being cleaned. Our policy adds treatment risk and damage to property worked upon, up to £2 million, which is the cover that actually applies if a carpet or a sofa is damaged during a clean.

It is worth asking any carpet cleaner for that specifically. Plenty carry public liability alone and still describe themselves as fully insured, and the difference only shows up at the point you need it.
