Carpet cleaning in Ormskirk, student lets included.
- Pet-conscious products
- Photo-backed report
- Treatment risk insured
Ormskirk turns over a great many tenancies every summer
With Edge Hill on the doorstep, a good share of Ormskirk housing is let to students, and that concentrates end of tenancy carpet cleaning into a few weeks each year. Landlords want something they can put in front of a tenant, which every job includes as standard. The older market-town properties nearer the centre are a different job again: larger rooms, better carpet, and more care needed with the fibre.
What's included
- Full pre-clean inspection
- Pre-treatment of stains & traffic areas
- Machine agitation and deep extraction
- Deodorising treatment
- Before & after photo report
- Aftercare & drying guidance
Where we work in Ormskirk
We cover the whole of Ormskirk and the streets around it: the L39 postcode, taking in Ormskirk East and Ormskirk West. Our van is 11.8 miles away in Whiston, so Ormskirk is a short run rather than something we have to plan a day around.
If your postcode sits right on the edge of that, send it over and we will tell you straight away whether we cover it. We would rather say no than take a booking we cannot get to properly.

Carpet cleaning in Ormskirk: common questions
How long does a carpet take to dry?
Most carpets are dry to walk on within 4–6 hours, and fully dry within 24 hours depending on room ventilation.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?
In most cases, yes. Deep-set or repeated contamination may need a separate pet treatment — we’ll always inspect and tell you honestly before quoting.
Do you charge extra to come out to Ormskirk?
No. Ormskirk is about twelve miles from us and still within the area we cover, with no travel charge.
Which Ormskirk postcodes do you cover?
We cover L39, along with Aughton, Maghull, Burscough and Skelmersdale. If you are just outside that and not sure, send us the postcode and we will tell you straight away rather than leave you guessing.
You say insured. Insured for what, exactly?
Public liability on its own does not cover damage to the thing being cleaned. Our policy adds treatment risk and damage to property worked upon, up to £2 million, which is the cover that actually applies if a carpet or a sofa is damaged during a clean.
It is worth asking any carpet cleaner for that specifically. Plenty carry public liability alone and still describe themselves as fully insured, and the difference only shows up at the point you need it.
Do you do end of tenancy carpet cleaning in Ormskirk?
Yes, but it is worth being clear about what that means. We clean the carpets, rugs and fabric upholstery. We are not a general end of tenancy cleaning company, so ovens, windows and skirtings are somebody else’s job.
What you get from us is matching before and after photographs of the flooring, which is usually the part a deposit argument actually turns on.
